
Meshishnek General Contracting was one of the two initial partners of the Wawawai Sub-division in Pullman at it's inception in 2004. The original 13 acres were divided into 50 lots with a wetlands area donated to the City.

The sub-division is 50% completed at this time, with homes ranging from $225,000 to $325,000. There are town homes in the direct vicinity that sell for as much as these individual homes on large lots. While future equity is always uncertain, generally, homes appreciate faster than town homes and you are not sharing a wall with a noisy neighbor, or risking that unit next door will become a multi-occupancy rental in the future.
